Empowering Inclusive Education: Our Experience at DigiEduHack 2025
During 15th - 16th November, our team had the pleasure of taking part in DigiEduHack 2025, an inspiring hackathon dedicated to the theme of inclusive education and training in Luxembourg. The hackathon was organized by Digital Learning Hub Luxembourg and Luxembourg Media & Digital Design Centre (LMDDC).
As part of the challenge, we developed a listening-comprehension training web application powered by our own Luxembourgish TTS technology, designed and built here at SoftGiant. Leveraging speech synthesis to support Luxembourgish language learning is something we deeply believe in—and this hackathon gave us the perfect space to turn ideas into a working prototype.
During the event, we had the opportunity to present our solution to the juries (Marco D'AMICO, Thibaud Latour, Wesley Deglise & Benoit Fortemps). The discussions were insightful and further strengthened our motivation to contribute to educational innovation in Luxembourg.
